Robert Rearden has broad commercial real estate experience, representing owners, operators, developers and investors in a variety of transactions, including acquisitions, dispositions, development deals and debt financings. Robert’s clients are engaged in multifamily, industrial, office and retail projects around the United States, with a particular focus on the Southeast.  Additionally, Robert has significant experience in forming, structuring and restructuring real estate ventures and partnerships. Also, as a supplement to his traditional real estate practice, Robert has significant experience working on various public financings involving public-private partnerships and a variety of economic incentives. 

Representative work includes transactions for national and regional apartment owners and operators, mixed-use projects, and land acquisition and development for industrial users. Prior to joining Miller Lavoie LLP, Robert was a partner at Morris, Manning & Martin LLP in Atlanta.

In his spare time, Robert enjoys golf, cooking, watching and supporting Atlanta sports teams, and spending time with his family.
