Stephen Bush brings to Miller Lavoie a broad and diverse background in all aspects of corporate law and corporate and commercial transactions, with his primary focus centering on commercial real estate transactions, including joint ventures, corporate organization and structuring, fund formation, private placements, M&A, purchase and sale agreements and commercial contract negotiation. Stephen represents companies both large and small, including developers, lenders, investors, founders, and business owners of all forms, helping to navigate any obstacles and to ultimately thrive via extensive legal expertise and through the perspective of a trusted business advisor.
Stephen is an Atlanta native and graduate of St. Pius High School. After attending Appalachian State University for undergrad and attending law school in New Orleans, Stephen returned to Georgia where he has remained a practicing attorney ever since. Stephen and his wife Susan live in Brookhaven with their two boys Charlie and Freddie, as well as their dog Lexi and their cat Mick. Stephen is an accomplished musician with a secret past as a touring guitar player, and frequently enjoys donating golf balls to the local courses around Atlanta.
