Nyssa Zaman represents clients in all facets of commercial real estate matters. Her practice involves acquisitions, dispositions, development, leasing, and finance of commercial real estate projects in the hospitality, retail, and office sectors.

While attending Georgia State University College of Law, Nyssa earned a certification in legal analytics studying emerging technologies such as blockchain. She also served as a student attorney with the Philip C. Cook Low-Income Taxpayer Clinic where she assisted clients in the resolution of federal income or employment tax disputes with the Internal Revenue Service.

In her spare time, Nyssa is an avid scuba diver, Atlanta United FC fan, and J.R.R. Tolkien aficionado.
