Sam Wilmoth represents owners and investors in acquiring, developing, leasing, and capitalizing commercial real estate across all asset classes. He has significant experience in structuring and financing complex real estate transactions and forming real estate investment ventures and partnerships. Sam also represents borrowers in the modification and workout of existing loans and note acquisitions. Prior to joining Miller Lavoie, Sam was a partner in an Atlanta-based real estate investment management company. He began his career as an associate attorney with a major Atlanta law firm.
Born and raised in Virginia, Sam adopted Atlanta as home. He and his wife live in Buckhead with their children.
